What's Included
We start by removing what needs to go — tile, drywall, fixtures, cabinetry — and make any framing changes needed for the new layout. If walls are moving or a niche is getting added, we handle the structural work before anything goes back in.
Walk-in showers, tub surrounds, and wet areas built right — properly waterproofed, correctly sloped, and set up for tile or panel finishes to go in cleanly. The substrate work determines how long the tile lasts.
Vanities, medicine cabinets, and bathroom storage installed level and secured properly. We fit them to the room — scribing to uneven walls, shimming where needed — so everything looks like it was built there, not just placed.
Flooring prep, tile backer, and the finish carpentry that closes the project — baseboards, door casings, and trim that fits tight to tile and drywall. The final 10% that makes the whole remodel look intentional.
